The Planet Moon is the first Giant Screen Film to present the "True Natural Colors of the Moon."
Full color photography taken by the Clementine Mission in 1994 reveals a Moon unlike we have ever seen before. This recently discovered full color photography reveals a Moon that is not a grey desolate satellite orbiting earth. Instead it appears to be a small planet complete with amazing full color terrains.
In The Planet Moon, filmmaker Jose Escamilla presents the breathtaking beauty captured in full color of the closest celestial body orbiting Earth. You are taken on a journey of discovery unlike anything you have ever experienced before. In 3D the Moon's terrain and other things you see come to life!

The Interactive Educational Guide to The Full Color Moon
Included in the package for all theaters is a printed Educational pamphlet that directs all educators or students to the Official Full Color Moon web site where they get to explore the surface of the moon and even download their own full color photographs directly from The USGS web site.
The already prepared links for all Full Color Moon explorers enable anyone to go to the Moon archives and download their own full color moon sections.
This is a new frontier in the exploration of the Moon. Never before has there been such incredible photography made available for the the public until now.
The Planet Moon archives also enable all students to understand how the photography was achieved in 1994.
